For the rest of the year we will be offfering Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu introductory lessons for 50% off. This lesson introduces the basic concepts of Ving Tsun and lets you feel the art through a hands-on workout. The lesson last 30-45 mins and you are open to come back to experience a full class before you make your decision to enroll.

What should you wear?

Wear clothes and shoes your are comfortable working out in, this is a full body workout and you will sweat.
