6-Week Winter Semester

Get your child’s kung fu training started with their first 6-week semester! Over the course of the semester, they’ll lay a strong foundation in the basic drills and exercises of the Ving Tsun kung fu training system. They’ll learn practical self-defense techniques, and develop focus, awareness, & discipline.
Everyone will be practicing in a safe, learning environment alongside other young students. Qualified instructors will guide them through the process, ensuring that their training produces results.
Classes meet Monday, Wednesday 5:15pm. The next session starts on Monday, March 16th, and wraps up on Friday, April 24th.
Alongside the classes, students will receive a series of home workouts that can be practiced on their own time.
The V.T. children’s program also includes:

A Uniform T-Shirt
A Beginner’s Training Manual
Parental Consultation (1-on-1 meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges)
